Under general provides support primarily to Managing Director of the Health Enterprises Network performing administrative support.

Schedule appointments and travel schedules for Managing Director for Investors and board and committee meetings.

  • Manage and administer invoicing of investor dues, sponsorships, registrations, and other revenue items and collecting of past due accounts
  • Record minutes from board and executive committee meetings and present to Managing Director for post meeting communications
  • Develop, prioritize and maintain a comprehensive database for potential event venues, meeting spaces, and conference space and execute on use of new, different event facilities with appropriate technology, parking and other resources
  • Updating of investor and prospect database using dual CRM & CMS
  • Issue committee and meeting invitations and keep invitees apprised of important event details and any changes (date, time, location, etc.)
  • Provide secondary support to Marketing and Communications Manager for Board & Executive Committee meetings, Health Policy Forum meetings, Healthcare Fellows sessions, HEN VIP Learning Series, Investor events, and all other ad hoc meetings and events
  • Assist with event registration, proposals, presentations and bi-annual publications
  • Perform background research on presenters, arrange agenda, assemble content for presentations, investor meetings, committee meetings, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Associate degree in Accounting, Communications, Marketing, or Business and at least 1 year of work experience in a professional setting is required. A combination of education and experience may be substituted when proficiency is demonstrated. Employee should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Employee must have a basic understanding of CMS/CRM and Email Marketing Software.

Employee must maintain a valid driver's license.

The incumbent must be able to pass any required drug test and must be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Employee should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Employee must have a basic understanding of CMS/CRM and Email Marketing Software. Healthcare experience and knowledge is a plus.
