Under general supervision, assists in securing additional revenue by increasing membership, increasing the commitments of existing members and selling sponsorships for events and publications. Candidate should possess solid interpersonal and relationship building abilities along with strong organizational and time-management skills


  1. Develop relationships with health-related businesses and organizations
  2. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database on members and prospects
  3. Oversees selling new memberships and maintaining relationships with current members
  4. Obtain sponsors and advertisements for events and publications
  5. Assist in planning and managing events of all sizes
  6. Participate in networking and opportunities to increase Health Enterprises Network visibility
  7. Perform other duties as assigned


Bachelor's degree plus one to two (1 to 2) years experience in a business environment. A combination of education and experience may be substituted when proficiency is demonstrated.


Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with broad base of individuals form partner organizations, member companies and other business, government and community organizations.

Must maintain a valid driver's license.

The incumbent must have computer skills. Experience with the following types of software and/or Windows based applications is preferred: word processing, databases, Internet, e-mail.
